Old Gits Racing TCR UK Series - Season 1

According to their website; TCRUK is the fastest growing national racing series. So let's get involved and have a short 6 week championship to see what the crack is all about.

For this you series you have a choice of cars;
- Hyundai Elantra (SLP doesn't have this car in the current list so please select the IONIQ 5 for now)
- Honda Civic FL5

There's very specific build rules for these cars in the relevant discord channel so please make sure you've read those and built your car correctly. These builds aim to get the car performance and weight as close as possible to the actual TCR series cars.

Top speed must be set at 260mkh! This can be set in car settings under transmission.

You can chose either car BUT once selected you cannot change! So chose wisely!

Racing Format
We'll have 2 races each week but with different formats & rules for each. I've tried to mix these rules up a bit to provide more opportunities for every driver on the grid to earn good points & make the championship as competitive as possible.

Week 1
- 10 minute qualifying to determine the grid for race 1.
- Race 1 will have the grid set by qualifying - every car on racing softs.
- Race 2 will be a top 10 reverse grid. The top 5 from race 1 will be required to use racing medium tyres. Everybody else must use racing softs.

Week 2 - 6
- No qualifying!!
- Race 1 grid will be set by a reverse current championship order.
- Race 2 will be a top 10 reverse grid. The top 5 from race 1 will be required to use racing medium tyres. Everybody else must use racing softs.

Points
All races will score points in line with the official TCR series scoring. Have a look at the points tab or check discord for the full details.

Lobby Settings
-no tyre wear (mandatory tyres per race)
-no fuel usage - sprint format
-no required pit stops
-light damage - usual OGR racing etiquette please!
-boost off - causes too much havoc
