POSTPONED UNTIL 2026
We're taking it to the next level and joining the WEC Hypercar category using select Gr1 cars. We'll also be back in teams of 2; you can team up with whoever you like but make sure you've joined forces and selected a manufacturer livery to rock before signing up to SLP. Any requests to join the series before confirming via discord or directly will be ignored. But don't worry, you've got plenty of time to sift through the riff-raff and decide who your new soulmate will be.
We'll be looking to commence this series on Friday 30th January 2026.
BOP for Gr1 is somewhat all over the place given the high variation of car performance in the category so we're sticking to a single make series and using the;
To align with the current WEC hyper-cars; we'll use 8 different manufacturer liveries from the series. That way, everybody has the inspiration already & we'll look dead smart! The 8 manufacturer liveries to chose from are;
- Alpine
- Aston Martin
- BMW
- Cadillac
- Ferrari
- Peugeot
- Porsche
- Toyota
These are selected on a first come, first served basis. Once you've got your team mate sorted and discussed which one you want, you need to let Jackie Daytona know asap. Full details of who has chosen what manufacturer will be on discord.
Race format - sprint race removed!
- 20 minute qualifying - 50% starting fuel
- 60 minute feature race. Grid determined by qualifying result. Full points, limited starting tyre choice (more info below), x1 mandatory pit. 100% starting fuel
The feature race will score full points;
- 1st - 32 points
- 2nd - 30 points
- 3rd - 28 points
- etc
An additional 3 points will be awarded for fastest lap!

- Round 2 - Spa Francorchamps
- Round 3 - Monza
- Round 4 - Red Bull Ring
- Round 5 - Yas Marina
- Round 6 - Daytona
Race Settings
- Tyre wear x3
- Fuel usage x1 - refuel rate of 5L/s
