Race Format: 
Three 15-minute races per event with a 5-minute qualifier before race 1. 
Racing Soft tires, NO TIRE WEAR & Fuel on 50%, consumption 2x 
After Race 1 of each event, the top 3 drivers receive a Power output penalty governed by changes to the ECU power % setting. No other changes are required or allowed. 
Winner: 80% ECU output (174 bhp) 
2nd place: 85% ECU output (185 bhp) 
3rd place: 90% power output (196 bhp) 
The Power output penalty is reset after each Event; this means that the Top 3 drivers from Race 1 in each round will run Race 2 and Race 3 with the Power Penalty.
